Has anyone notice a rise in content stealing?

Over the last week, I noticed a lot of accounts with either gibberish in their name or the "user###########" have uploaded videos, garnered a lot of views and likes from big content creators.

Some have been notified and became aware, but there seems to be a lack of any action done on TikTok's part.

A notable example is the recent @glamoramaaaa debacle. A lot of videos have either ripped the audio from the original creators or recreated it with AI voiceovers.

Anybody have experienced this?
