Anyone else getting a ton of low viewed/low liked videos on their FYP? Any way to stop it?

My FYP has been getting SO many low like/low view videos.

Does anyone know a way to retrain my FYP to higher viewed, better quality videos again?

Respectfully to these people it’s a waste of my time to watch their videos. It’s that low quality of content.
