Can't Comment Photos on Personal Phone, But Can On Work Phone?

I have two phones; iPhone 13 for work, iPhone 14 for personal. TikTok installed on both, same account logged in. I only get the picture option for comments on my work phone, but not on my personal phone. What gives?
