My site gets 10k or visits a month, but TikTok does nothing for me — where do I start?

I built a small tool called Resolvo that helps people in the UK appeal parking fines. It came because I got a £195 parking fine sent to me out of nowhere—no ticket on my car, no warning, just a letter asking me to pay £195 so I want to build something to help people fight back

I’ve posted a videos explaining what the tool does and sharing parking fine tips, but it got barely get any traction so I deleted it. Meanwhile, I see others going viral with way simpler ideas.

If anyone here has experience growing traffic from TikTok (especially for a utility or service rather than entertainment content), I’d love to know how you approached it — what kind of content works, how often to post, or any examples to study.
