How Are These Cash app Scammers Getting All This Money?

I don’t know if anyone else has come across these guys but there are people across TikTok live “giving” money to people through Cash app who send them gifts like galaxies and such.

Now how are these guys getting 100k+ in a Cash app account or i’m assuming the entire account is fake. I can’t wrap my head around if these people are sending real money to people through Cash app.

I would think they want galaxies for Cash app money because they can turn the galaxies into clean cash. So are they illegally gaining funds in Cash app? Or is it all fake to begin with, i’m very confused on how they do this.
