Error when uploading a story

I get an error when uploading a story. Messsage says "couldn't upload, draft saved" Im able to post videos ok, but no stories. This just started. I already cleared data, cache, etc. Intermet connect is ok. Any ideas? Im o. SAMSUNG s23 Ultra. This also occurs on different device.
