Does an account in “no outstanding issues” stay in “no outstanding issues?”

An alt account got a warning and now both my accounts say this under account check when it used to say “account in good standing”. I wanted to know if it will eventually expire of it it will stay like this forever. I cannot seem to find the answer to this question anywhere I look.
