What is up with the different layouts?

I have two accounts.

Account A has all the usual tabs (STEM, explore, tiktok shop, fyp, etc)

Account B HAD Explore, and for you. Explore was weird because the layout was almost like Lemon 8. I started to wonder where tiktok shop went.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now the only tabs showing in Account B are following and for you. Following is exactly like the friends section... not sure why it has it twice like this for me.

I had Live before too. Only thing I could think of that caused this is me having applied to verify my identity and them denying it saying the news articles i mentioned arent reputable enough.

Ughhhh. I recently started posting more and consistently and im wondering if having this different layout of tiktok will affect my growth. Like maybe they disabled certain things for me and now my videos wont have as much reach, i don't know.
