All engagement completely stopped after posting to two separate accounts

Is this normal? I was getting notifications every minute for likes and comments on both accounts. But then when I posted separate videos to each account within the hour everything immediately stopped. I have zero notifications on both accounts in the last couple hours. Does TikTok flag this as spam when posting within the same hour from two different accounts?
