Is this one shop in TikTok shop legit and safe?

This is my first time ordering from TikTok shop and because of the pretty affordable pricing. But then I saw there were no reviews or anything sold, as well as the other products this shop provides.

I then wanted to cancel it but the request wasn't approved by the seller.

im not really sure anymore but what should I do?
