is this a glitch? account deleted?

my phone is nearly out of storage so it’s been acting insane for context. was scrolling tiktok, phone died. went back on tiktok, got the message ‘your account has been deleted’ and got logged out. freaked out and immediately tried to log back in, i was successful my account was in fact not deleted. changed my email and turned on 2fa. is this a glitch or should i be worried ?
