how can someone still repost your video even if they’re blocked?

got into some controversial stuff a while ago when i called someone out in a video. it somehow gained over 700k views and i caught the persons attention. she reposted my video and this might sound rlly weird but i do not want ANY connection with her. she’s a TERRIBLE person so i blocked her months ago. how can she still repost my videos? is there any way i can get my videos off of her reposts?
