Tik tok promote

So recently I bought promotion for one of my view , it's cheap so I've figured why not... But something feels of with it, like there are like alot of views but for 2-3 sec , but there is like 0.43% full watch time , but I'm still getting allot of likes reposts and , save's is tik tok using really bad quality bots or am I trippin?
