Here’s the thing, I’m doing Blood Mage Spark, have around 200k dps on Spark. Just checked poeninja, those builds ppl have around 2M dps. I have 96lvl. When I look at those builds dunno how the heck they achieve 200 Spirit if all jewels on passive tree are about crit damage and crit chance. Nothing for Spirit. And the only item with spirit is amu.
Where I’ve lost?
Against the darkness with +12 to spirit. I’m playing the same build as you but I have over 320 spirit. I also use a wand + sceptre for more spirit instead of a staff.

You can look at their gear? Assume it's from amulet and chest piece.
I personally run efficient inscriptions for the reservation efficiency. There are other options like kulemak ring with 25 spirit if you have 200 int or the timeless jewel with spirit keeper node. I also have spirit implicit on my amulet as well as 50 explicit. And 30 spirit on my vertex mask.
