Made on accident, anything I can do to maximize finishing this up?

So I picked up a normal ancestral tiara by accident, since it was in my inventory I figured fuck it and hit it with a perfect trans/aug, hit t1 hybrid and t1 % ES, hit it with a perfect regal and got t1 crit, threw a preserved rib at it and hit t1 flat ES, threw a couple div at it to get better ES rolls and this is where I ended up. What's the endgame for this, just hit it with a couple perfect exalts and hope I hit some good res rolls or is there anything else I can do to maximize my chances at something even nicer?

Being ilvl 80, 20% quality, and I'm assuming only 1 socket, I probably wouldn't invest too much currency here. You can't hit t1 elemental resists or int, and it is already desecrated so the abyss suffix mods (only ilvl 65) aren't an option.

I'd either sell as is or perfect slam and pray. I don't think any outcome of the slams would warrant a whittle, being 80D a piece right now. Fracturing doesn't make much since here either.

You could gamble a bit with corruption and/or infusers after exalt slamming if you want, but i think the potential for profit is pretty low, and you are likely to lose value.

All things considered, if you are currently low on currency or the currency you could get selling it quickly as is could improve your build, just sell it. If that amount doesn't tip the scales much, maybe slam it and re-evaluate after. If your next upgrades are 1000s of divines, you likely should have had this removed from your item filter, but here's where you could slam and corrupt looking for a lucky gamble.

Even though this is very pretty, even with 2 best suffixes is not gonna sell for much.

The stupid vertex with +4 just invalidates almost any helmet for a caster and a lot of non casters.

I hate it when GGG introduces uniques that are so much better than anything else, that it kills the whole slot completely. Ingenuity in 0.1, headhunter after, Howa in the past, vertex in 0.4, etc.

Man if it had the +2 to minion skills affix and/or the spirit reservation affix that would be a amazing roll for my build
