Tiktok deleting comments?

I post videos and I get notifications for comments but then when I tap on them they disappear, even if I refresh or close the app and open again, but when I go on my second account and look at my first account's videos, they are there. Can I fix this, all my comment settings are set to do not hide comments and nothing shows in my review filtered comments.
