The new TikTok AI is utter garbage.

Can’t stand this new feature. Secretly replacing the blue text for search in some videos and bringing me to the AI.

This new AI overview in the caption as well was COMPLETELY wrong. First, Zara Larson is not dead, and the video was about two people dancing to Stateside in a parking garage and the text said a car crash happened off screen, we don’t see the crash just the car driving off screen. Just what is TikTok doing? I don’t want this and I can’t imagine many people really do.

EDIT because it won’t let me directly edit the post: I see by looking up Tako in this subreddit that it’s not too new, but this is the first time I’ve seen it since I’m being pushed to use it by the app and it’s in my DMs as well.
