TikTok permanently suspended my account

Long story short, yesterday 3/14/26, I went to doom scroll as one usually does.. well I got a notification alert on the app to accept their terms & conditions, which I did. Well literally 5 seconds later it said my account is permanently suspended. I went online to file an appeal.. unfortunately they said the permanent suspension is still active. I literally don’t know how, I never reposted anything vulgar or even gov related . Has this ever happened to anyone else & were you able to get your account back? I tried asking for proof of what I allegedly violated, of course I get nothing but a bot response. Everyone keeps saying just create a new account, but I TikTok’s on there of my kids little ( privately & drafts ) & I had that account since musically.
