fyp completely messed up

I don't use tiktok often mostly bc whenever I do I am internally cringing whenever I scroll bc curating my fyp is like pulling teeth. I now have *some* videos I like but as I scroll it shows me more and more disturbing videos. I'm talking crazy sh*t. I get natural disasters, porn, cop sh**ting videos, ai grape videos, and I literally have all this filtered out on my keywords. Once I start saying "not interested" it suddenly turns my whole page into those videos I said i wasn't interested in. Like devolves into a bad day to have eyes situation. Idk what to do. Do I just give up?
