How do I lift TikTok shadowban?

My TikTok’s usually average somewhere to 2-3k views, but then out of the blue they suddenly dropped to barely getting over a 1,000. It even takes a couple of days to get over a 1,000 and yet my other stuff is still under that.

From what I’ve seen, I have to take 2 week break from TikTok for the algorithm to fix itself, is that really how it works?
