Logged out of my account, no way to log back in.

Why did this happen? I have an account that I barely use anymore, but I do log on every now and then. But for some reason it just randomly logged me out, I can't reset my password because it quite literally skips past the page in under a second and asks me to verify my identity with my password—which I genuinely can't remember. I don't know the email or password, but if the app cooperated I'd have no problem resetting my password.

I'm also really sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this, I just couldn't find anywhere else to ask.
