tiktok’s streak doesn’t work

I think it's a problem with his phone maybe, but we looked at all the settings, and they are suitable, then we asked at the tiktok support centre, both from my account and from his, and it says that it is not available in our geographical area, although we are both Italian, does anyone know how to solve it?
