Is TikToks new User Agreement Causing autobans?

I use tik tok very casually and post content (Mainly DJing clips and music I’m working on). Logged in today and they had me agree to a new user agreement and then my account immediately got suspended/b*anned for impersonation? I’m the only one with my TikTok name and submitted an appeal showing my social media accounts and handles but not sure how or why this happened
