TikTok won’t restore my account and sends the same email over and over

I’ve been fighting for a week to get my account restored. It got locked when I reported being possibly hacked, my profile sent out like forty messages to random people in Indonesian despite me having 2FA. I can’t log back in and the support keeps sending me the same directions which I did follow. I have no idea what to do next because I’m not getting anywhere.
