Why is video stuck at 0 views when posting with vpn?

My video always get stuck at 0 views when i post with a vpn, why is this the case? I’m trying to reach a different audience

Edit: not even getting 50-100 views it’s stuck at 0, reposted it 3 times and it didn’t change. usually i turn my vpn off and it would get a couple of views like 50-100 but now it doesn’t even work.
