Reposts are acting weird

This has been a problem since I first created my account back in September. I have 2 accounts, 1 is a public one where I post edits and the other a private account. For my private account reposts are flawless. For my main account however, they hardly ever work. What I mean is 99% of the time on my main the repost button won't be there, I can't see when other people repost videos on my fyp and I can't see reposts on peoples accounts. HOWEVER every now and then when I switch between my 2 accounts it'll glitch and it'll temporarily make the repost feature normal on my main. Except I want it to work regularly because I want to be able to repost stuff on my public account. Here's pictures of the view of the profiles on my second and main account
