i can’t see responses to my own comments on my posts

i can’t see people’s responses to my comments on my own posts. it’s hard to explain ? if someone comments, i reply, it shows there’s a response. when i select the response drop down, it shows nothing. i went on my other account and im able to view all comments. does anyone know how to fix tho?
