Why can't I see my friends reposts?

So I've been having a problem reposting my own videos but then I cleared cache and reinstalled TikTok so now I can repost but I can't see the reposts in my acc or my friends reposts in their account, was wondering if anyone has the same issue or knows about a soloution🙏
