AGE RESTRICTION

My account was age restricted randomly and I submitted my appeal with my ID and selfie I’m 23 and it said I was approved but still have restrictions (I cannot dm or go live) I made a tick et and they keep sending me the same lin k with no option of appealing again can anyone h e l p me?! Pls
