Trying to start a new account, what times are best to post?

I feel like I’m not getting any views nor likes on my videos, should I be posting more? I’m doing once a day right now. This is an old account from 2022 that already has 10K likes on it, which hashtags will get me on the fyp? I’d want my audience to be teenagers/young adults, I’m using the hashtags fyp, viral and baddie right now.
