Tiktok fix your shit!

I am 18+, i submitted my identification and took photos of myself, it clearly states the i am over 18, why and how has it come up saying i am under 18? I took photos of my DL?? Fix it! I even had items in my tiktok shop basket and now i can’t even buy them!
