500k Views is a starting point

I am promoting my small nails bar within my town but my videos end up with 8 likes and 30 views. I have been posting even the best videos that if my friends post they can go viral. For instance my friend has just 2k followers but her videos get an average 10k-50k views and with that, her business get up to 10 inquries a day. I really want to reach that height but I am stuck, not getting any views however much I push. She told me that the tiktok algorithm do not recognize my videos because I do not have any viral video, she told me if i get a few virla videos, I will start getting more views and that way tiktok algorithm will start suggesting my videos to random people. I am wondering do people buy views to go viral? and where can i buy to get a few viral videos to spark my account so that it can get started , any
