age restriction appeal

hello!

i was trying to start a livestream and got age restricted for not being 18. thats fine , its the policy and i dont have an issue with that. but they took away like all of my messaging features which i should still have access to? im 17 years old, and the age minimum for private messaging and stuff like that is 16.

i submitted like three appeals! one of them i just submitted a photo of my face, but that didnt work. i guess i have baby face. then i submitted a photo of me and my dad holding up a slip of paper with my date of birth and a code they sent me. that didnt work either so as a hail mary i sent a photo of my literal government issued passport, which clearly listed my birthday. this appeal actually got approved but theyre still not giving me my messages back because they said im underage. like wtf..? my birthday is clearly labeled on my passport! im 17 years old i promise

i dont want to have to make a whole new account cause i have videos on here that have done really well and i dont want to just abandon that lmfao

any tips??
