question about stickers

hey guys so my profile is the first one, i’m just wondering if anyone knows how i can make it look like the profile in the second pic. i know this is dumb but i’m just trying to make it look better, also the benefit thing its showing i cancelled but its still there. i saved stickers from comments to my favs but they’re not showing up there i’m so confused
