is there any way to login to the mobile app through desktop?

i got logged out of tiktok because the login 'expired' but i lost the email used to create the account. i'm still logged into tiktok on my computer, so is there any way i can get back in on the mobile app through it? i've looked everywhere but i can't find anything :(
