Appealing for account impersonation, form not working, support not assisting

Title. I need assistance with the appeal. No one is resolving my issue. I cannot submit the form as it says "network error. please try again" I have updated the app, my profile, username, changed networks, nothing works.

Yeah it's an issue a LOT of people are having all of a sudden. apparently something like this on a smaller scale happened 8 months ago and then 3 months ago. This time it's a lot more widespread and I'm hoping tiktok is looking into it/ it's a bug. I'm on week 2 of having this on my account...
