How can i save my streak

So i have a streak thats over 500+ days and i really dont want it to end but i got suspended for swearing i know i shouldnt have done it but i really dont know. The suspension is for 7 days and people say that we can recover it 5 times. Is there a way to save the streak (Sorry for bad grammar)
