app restarting

hi guys! I have a bit of a dilemma. recently, every time I go into a new app after being on tiktok (checking Instagram for example) and I go back to tiktok, the app just restarts. I tested it just before and literally after not being on it for a few seconds and coming back to it it restarted. is anyone else having this issue or does anyone have the solution for this?
