Does anybody elsewith a Samsung sometimes have this problem with the Tiktok bookmark flag?

my bookmark flag is making me tap it a few times for it to turn yellow I have done everything nut nothing fixed it so I complaint to them on X and submitted a complaint on Tiktok as well
