I have never even had an account so idk why I get this message? I've never had one ever, and it doesn't give me any options to speak with someone or anything. what can I do?

If it’s hooked up to a phone number, it could’ve been the person who owned it before you that caused it to happen. Also tiktok uses AI for customer service so that’s another problem.
