New here. Worked hard on a video I was excited for then hit this button and it disappeared. Lost forever?

I think it was that button could have been a different one. Fat fingered it by accident then boom all my edits magically went to autocut and disappeared. I moved a lot around and added a ton of captions. Anyway to recover?
