does anyone know who to reach out to on tiktok to inquire about a restriction on your account? I already submitted an appeal and went to chat with us area but the issue doesn't seem to be getting resolved. I wasn't sure if there is an email I can message?
I'm commenting to hopefully find out an answer too. I'm not sure what your restriction is, but I keep getting restrictions for inorganic gift solicitation. Every appeal has been denied and none of them are valid. It has led to a week-long gift ban, which has ended, but I keep getting them. I'm nervous it's going to lead to a permanent gifting ban. I have reached out to customer support and opened a ticket and they have closed it with no response, comment, resolution, explanation...nothing.
Sorry to hear about your ban! Mine is for direct messaging I cannot send or receive, I have done nothing to give myself this ban. So frustrating, I have been in circles and getting no further ahead.
Good luck, most of their community staff are secregated into so many departments that they are clueless about the right foot is doing.
The bans are usually issued by AI bots that the staff have no access tto and can only givve you vague answers.
Appeal and hope for the best.
