Can’t send tiktok’s to 1 friend

Basically the title explains it. I can send tiktok’s to all my friends on tiktok except for one person. But they said that everyone else can send videos to them. They can also send videos to me just fine. For me to send tiktok’s to them, i need to copy the Iink and paste it in our chat. Anyone know how to solve this? Both of our accounts are over 16.
