Who is this guy I remember seeing him on Tiktok or Youtube?

I was watching the latest episode of 911 on ABC (S9, Ep16) and I saw this guy who was a guest star in the episode. His face is super familiar. I remember he did like comedy skits on YouTube or TikTok but I cant remember his name and its bugging me lol.
