Cannot buy anything on TikTok because it won’t let me!!!

For a year now when I go to checkout all the payment options are grey and I cannot select anything. When I go to add it card it says cannot add this payment method right now and I’ve tried multiple cards. What’s the issue?! Has this happened to anyone else??
