Did I mess up

As many of you know, TikTok lives do get freaky so 4-6 ish months ago I came across a freaky TikTok live I'm 18. So I decided out of pure curiosity why not see what happens so I sent a gift which the creator wanted and next thing I got a sexual video of one person rubbin off. I never saved it, forwarded it or downloaded it and they took it back after like 2 minutes. Back then I didn't seem scared because the live had adults but now I was like what if the video was fake, stolen or what if it had a minor, no way of knowing today I asked the creator their age and told them you can get in trouble if you steal videos their like I know and it is me and it's a real person and it's a girl too and she said she was 26 I'm scared did I mess up and why am I freaking out now?
