Does anyone know how to fix this?!

Since Sunday this is constant throughout my live. Every single second the same message for a different account pops up. I have absolutely zero idea how to turn it off. If someone gifts it will also say “so and so sent the first gift! Big move! Then “give them a shout-out!” Underneath.. it makes reading actual chat so frustrating.
