What’s up with these people on TikTok that think that everything is fake

Every time I see a video about Artemis II or other space related things the majority of people in the comments are always saying that it’s fake I genuinely think that TikTok is shrinking our brains because space is definitely real and my grandpa even used to know a dude who lived in the ISS for over 200 days and there is no way that all that is made up by the American government or something

They have always been around. Tiktok just makes it more visible. Back in the day a radio broadcast or newspaper report was a much more difficult platform to use for conspiracies.

This is what AI and deepfakes have done and with this intention. We will always look at things skeptical from here on out. No one wants to feel foolish or made to look foolish. The safest defense for that is don’t believe in anything.
