Support is useless

A couple of weeks ago some old videos (about 3 years old) were taken down without me even receiving any notification about them being taken down. Used the tiktok support bot, it told me to appeal. Thing is, I dont have that button since I havent received a notification (yes, I also checked on the videos themselves, where again, there was no button). So I went ahead and texted the support email. They told me the EXACT same thing.

Im so tired of big companies using the AI bots for stuff like this. I add screenshots and all, take my time to explain the situation and detail and get back an automated response. Absolutely useless
