Weird message every five minutes

I just got age restricted, but I use my credit card to get back my messages and stuff but now I keep getting these messages every five minutes and every time I press the back button, it just takes me back. It’s not Internet problem because when I switch accounts, it doesn’t do this.

Anyway to fix it?
